The service stores account details such as email and display name, move destinations and dates, family membership and invitations, and the records you choose to add: properties, trips, budgets, tasks, decisions, photos and documents. Avoid uploading passports, health records or other sensitive information unless necessary and you have permission to share it.

Move information is shared with authorised members of that workspace. Assistant conversations are saved for their author and are not shared with other family members. If you publish a farewell page, its selected public content can be read by anyone with the link; do not put private information into public content.

When you use the assistant, your question, conversation history and the move’s destination/date context are sent through the AI service to generate an answer. Private documents and family health or financial records are not automatically included. Anything you type into a conversation is included, so do not enter sensitive information unnecessarily. AI-provider processing locations, retention and contractual safeguards still require confirmation before commercial launch.

Lovable Cloud supports account access, stored records and uploaded files. Maps, geocoding, listing research and exchange-rate services receive the requests needed for the feature you use; third-party map and font requests may expose your IP address and browser information. External booking links open another provider’s website with its own privacy policy. A complete processor inventory, hosting locations and international-transfer safeguards remain to be finalised.

Account and planning information is used to operate the service and collaboration. Browser preferences remember appearance and your selected trip. The operator must confirm the lawful basis for each purpose, retention periods, backup deletion and any processing of sensitive information before this notice is final.

Account & privacy offers a partial personal download containing your profile, your move memberships and your accessible private assistant conversations. It does not include shared planning records, invitations, uploaded files or browser preferences, and is not a complete privacy-rights response. Protect the downloaded file as it may contain personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal information and complain to a regulator such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. A verified privacy contact, full request-handling process and account deletion process are still required; no self-service deletion or full-account export is promised by this draft.

Family planning may include information about children entered by an adult. Keep it minimal and share only with people you trust. This draft is not an invitation for children to register independently.
