Payments, cancellation & refunds

Pogo Move currently has no active checkout, paid subscription or destination add-on purchase. There is no Pogo Move charge to cancel or refund in this release.

Before any payment opens, you must be shown the total price and currency, what is included, the access period, whether billing renews, and how to cancel. One-off passes, subscriptions and destination add-ons are not yet on sale.

Consumer cancellation and refund rights depend on your location and the type of service supplied. Any request for immediate supply and its effect on cancellation rights must be explained and recorded where required. Mandatory rights will not be removed by a blanket ‘no refunds’ rule.

Flights, accommodation, hire cars and other external services are purchased from the provider, not Pogo Move. Check that provider’s cancellation, refund and complaint terms before booking. An external link does not make Pogo Move responsible for processing the booking refund.

Final prices, renewal rules, payment provider, cancellation method, refund eligibility and timescales, and the operator’s support contact require confirmation and legal review. No refund window or payment guarantee is invented here.
